BIG SERIES

The three production lines are 150 kgs/h capacity and are made of a 100 kgs/batch mixer, a roll-mill, a duplex plodder, an automatic cutter, a jacket cooler, a chiller, a vacuum pump…
Well trained experts in soap manufacture use those machines to feed the automatic stampers to produce:

• • Banded soaps (rectangular or square with no off-cut),
• • Bandless soaps (tri-dimensional shapes soaps).

Those automatic stampers are individually connected to a negative chiller to allow quality soap production.

SMALL AND MEANS SERIES

Four semi-automatic stampers are used in the production of small series. They accept both banded or bandless diesets.
